Jatinder Rai has built his reputation over the past decade as the founder/General Manager of Response Advertising, an agency that specializes in reaching multicultural markets throughout Canada and the United States on behalf of major corporations.

Mr. Rai is considered a pioneer in the advertising industry for his work in multicultural marketing and was recently recognized by the Vancouver Sun as one of "100 South Asians Who are Making a Difference in British Columbia." 

Mr. Rai is on the board of directors of the Insurance Corporation of B.C. and was a director of the Open Learning Agency and Granville Island Trust, and served on the boards of YM-YWCA (Victoria), Mosaic, United Way South Asian Advisory Board, the Canadian Diabetes Association and Surrey Memorial Hospital.
